Nizamettin SAGIR

Nizamettin Sagir graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 1987 and founded Sagir Attorneys-at-Law in 1988. They specialize in contracts law, construction law, zoning law, expropriation law, commercial law and criminal law.
Nil SAGIR
Attorney-at-Law
Nil Sagir graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 1986 and began practicing law in Antalya. They have been the partner of Sagir Attorneys-at-Law since 1989. They specialize in labour law, family law, inheritance law and acquisitions of real estate by foreigners. They have acted as the Deputy Chairman of the Legal Interns Committee of the Antalya Bar Association until 2014. Ms. Sagir served as the Honorary Consul of Sweden in Antalya between 2009-2021.
Ms. Sagir speaks English fluently.
Dr. Alihan SAGIR
Attorney-at-Law, Mediator
Dr. Alihan Sagir began studying at Bilkent University School of Law with a full scholarship in 2010 and graduated with an high honours degree in 2014. In the meantime, they have taken a class on "International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration" at London School of Economics in 2013. They have completed the year long certificate program at Ankara University Institute of Banking and Commercial Law on "Construction Contracts Law" in 2015.
Mr. Sagir obtained their Master's Degree on Private Law (Civil Law) at Ankara University School of Law in 2017. Their master's thesis is titled "Non-Performance by the Contractor in Contracts for Services".
Mr. Sagir obtained their Ph.D. degree on Private Law at Akdeniz University School of Law. Their Ph.D. thesis is titled "Platform Contract Within the Crowdfunding System and its Legal Consequences".
Mr. Sagir speaks English on a near-native level, alongside German and Russian.
Tugce SAGIR

Tugce Sagir began studying at Cankaya University School of Law in 2013 and graduated in 2017. They have been working with Sagir Attorneys-at-Law since 2021.
They specialize in criminal law, administrative law, family law and inheritance law.
